While living in Tennessee Ashley earned her Masters of Science in occupational therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and discovered her passion for treating the hand and upper extremity.
Immediately after graduating Ashley began working as a hand therapist in Las Vegas, Nevada and joined the Desert Hand and Physical Therapy team in 2018; where she continues working towards her goal of becoming a certified hand therapist.
Ashey’s hobbies outside of work include history, watching football and hiking with her husband and two dogs.
Patrick Willson was born and raised in Southern California and has recently relocated to Arizona to be closer to family. Patrick attended CSU Long Beach for his undergrad work and CSU Dominguez Hills for his master’s in Occupational Therapy. Formerly a professional musician, Patrick discovered OT through a job he took working for the school system as an instructional aide for a pre-K autism class. In graduate school, Patrick discovered a love for the anatomy and the complexity of the hand and upper extremity and enjoyed the challenges that come with the treatment of various conditions. Since graduate school, Patrick has exclusively practiced in hand therapy clinics. In his free time, Patrick enjoys playing music, working out, yoga, and walking his hound dog.
