Hear From Our Friends:
I love this place. I was referred by my surgeon after hand surgery. I glad he did. The staff is amazing. Always welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. They became like apart of the family. I would definitely refer this location to EVERYONE!

I completely recommend the Laveen location for therapy! I’ve been receiving OT services with Casey since the beginning of November 2022, and I’ve seen great improvement! All staff members are super kind and welcoming! They take the time to get to know the clients, and you can tell all clients have a great time when we are there, even when we are working hard to achieve our goal to make progress! I truly look forward to my sessions!

Great experience at Desert Hand from the time at check-in with Kim, Sabrina was always helpful she anticipated everything I needed. Will and Everett were awesome, they listened to my concerns, developed a plan of action for a home exercise routine and feel they truly care about the needs of their patients. Thank you for your excellent service!

Reviews
I have serious rotator cuff pain, tennis elbow, and De Quervain tenosynovitis and tried to schedule an appointment with this clinic twice now after finding them in my Cigna approved provider portal. The first time I was turned away and told I needed a referral, even though I have a policy that needs no referrals. I went to my doctor to which he confirmed I did not need a referral. Tried to schedule an appointment again today and was turned away once again. I am not sure if they just do not want any new patients, or if they just do not like working with Cigna, but at any rate I will take this as my hint to find another provider. It’s unfortunate because they are 2 miles down the street from me.
When I first started coming here I could barely move my hand I couldn’t open the door I couldn’t hold a pencil hold a fork I felt hopeless and useless but then I started coming to Desert hands and physical therapy I felt very comfortable around the staff and the environment. And then I started my journey on getting my hand back to its normal self coming to desert hand was fun experience I am extremely thankful to the staff of desert hands and physical therapy in Laveen your professionalism made it a wonderful experience and I recommend everybody to go here.
This place is awesome. The staff is professional, fun, friendly, kind very outstanding. If you ever have any problems with your hand, I recommend you come to this place hands-down I’ve been to several different physical therapy places and nothing compares to this place desert hand Therapy is awesome. Please come right away.
After the Red Cross busted my arm I was left unable to reach out in my right arm. I left it like this for two weeks and nothing had changed, matter of fact it got worse. Coming here was a blessing, the staff members were so kind and welcoming, I always looked forward to coming in and interacting with the staff. After a couple of weeks my arm was feeling like it’s old self again, and I “graduated”. Without the incredible help from the staff I don’t know if my arm would’ve ever gone back to normal. Tomorrow I’m going to get my blood donated once more, if my arm ends up back busted again I know where I’m going.
