Allie Cammarata, OTR/L

Alexandra graduated from Lasell College in 2009 with a B.A. in Psychology and Early Intervention. She received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University in 2019. While in grad school, she traveled abroad on a medical mission trip to Guatemala to work with underserved populations with orthopedic conditions. Additionally, her love for art and science led to published anatomy illustrations in the latest orthotics textbook, Orthotic Design and Fabrication for the Upper Extremity: A Practical Guide.

She found her passion for hand therapy during her advanced orthotics course and her clinical rotation at the Desert Hand & Physical Therapy location in Mesa. In her spare time, she enjoys being creative, discovering new hiking trails, staying active, and trying new recipes.
